Weekly Personal Training (Military)
TMF offers a weekly personal training package to the US Military (active duty/reservists), DoD, and veterans wanting to obtain fitness goals. Basic to comprehensive meal plans, 24/7 contact with your trainer to answer any questions (or concerns), daily to weekly check-ins to keep you on track, and a Comprehensive Fitness Assessment (CFA). Your CFA (not included with these sessions) is required for each person before any training sessions can be purchased.
