Personal Training (Single)
TMF offers a personal training package for you wanting obtain fitness goals. Basic meal plan, 24/7 contact with your trainer to answer any questions (or concerns), daily to weekly check-ins to keep you on track, and a Comprehensive Fitness Assessment (CFA). Your CFA (not included with these sessions) is required for each person before any training sessions can be purchased.
4 Hour Sessions (Once a week)
8 Hour Sessions/ 1 Free Session (Twice a week)
12 Hour Sessions/ 2 Free Sessions (3x a week/ Monthly)
16 Hour Sessions/ 3 Free Sessions (4x a week/ Monthly)
