Group Fitness Training
We offer personal training for small groups having similar fitness goals. Not only do you get to exercise with friends or family, but you get to do so at a reduced cost! A separate Comprehensive Fitness Assessment (not included with these sessions) is required for each person before any Group training sessions can be purchased. Meal plans included to each client in the group.
*Group Size: 2 to 4 clients*
4 Hour Sessions (Once a week)
8 Hour Sessions/ 1 Free Session (Twice a week)
12 Hour Sessions/ 2 Free Sessions (3x a week/ Monthly)
16 Hour Sessions/ 3 Free Sessions (4x a week/ Monthly)
***EVERY CLIENT IN THE GROUP HAS TO BUY THEIR OWN SESSIONS***
